Not bad after all... The new fast food restaurants are located juz beside LT1A. Food court will soon be opening at level 2 above the fast food restaurants. The current Canteen A will be used for extension of LWN library. The new building is well-lighted with blue glass panels/windows and gives a refreshing look compared to the old grey buildings. Best for students to chill between classes as well as mug during exam period.

Life is not about how hard you can hit.

Life is about how much you can get hit and moving forward.

One step closer to the sky~

WHAT A HOT DAY!!!!

Had my NAPFA test this morning and i can still feel the heat burning in me.....

Took my test at Toa Payoh Stadium this morning from 8am to 11am. I reached the stadium at 7.15am to do some warm-up before gathering at 7.30. The Air Force personnel was late!!! haha... that's y we started ard 8... Btw, my dad sent me there... again... cos i cant remember how to walk to the stadium from the MRT even though i went there so many times!!! Haiz.... 名符其实的路痴! :P

The weather is so hot today!!! Cant believe it was raining heavily juz yesterday... Well, that's Singapore. Anw, cos of the stupid weather, i almost had heatstroke! Really cant stand the hot sun.... My whole body is still burning. And so adding on another darker shade of me now. 我不要做印度人!

Nonetheless, I passed my NAPFA with flying colours! Getting a Gold juz isnt good enough for me. So i earned myself a full score of 30 points! Hahaha.... 'A' for all stations. Oops! A bit BHB... but who cares.... it's my blog! LOL~ Been a few months since i last exercised. Even if i din get 'A' for all stations, a pass will make me real happy le. I'm juz lucky today... haha.

So... I'm another step closer to be an AEO. Another step closer to the sky i'm aiming for... haha.

或许。。。总有一天我会了解。。。

THE AIR FORCE - ABOVE ALL

Realised that alot of the bloggers liked to blog on the 4th of April, even my fav 吳尊 !! Haha...
4th of April, a date i can never forget... Filled with many precious memories and still is making and filling in them...

Had my first ever job interview on this fateful day (2 days ago) with the RSAF as an Air Engineering Officer. Alas! I got through!!!!!!

It's a whole day 'event' which stretched from morning 9am to 5pm. Imagine how tired i was after the day. There's 2 rounds of interview. A preliminary round and a final round, which comprise of 1 interviewer to 1 interviewee and 5 interviewer to 1 interviewee respectively. And to my surprise and delight, there's almost half of the interviewees from NTU! And i actually knew some of them who's my course mate. This definitely boost up my confidence with the company of my friends.

It started with a briefing given by Lieutenant Colonel Harold (I cant remember his sirname and name. But hope i get his name right.) about the job scope and prospect of an AEO. Those who attended the briefing before were to proceed to the first round of interview. I was the 2nd batch who did not attend the briefing before this. I ended up having my first round of interview around 11.30am, when all the first batch of ppl had finished and went for lunch. In the end, i have to wait for my result and my friend's result till around 12.30pm before we can go for our quick lunch, and be back by 1pm. Argh... ate dessert only... Hungry Hungry...

The Prelim round was kind of relaxing as LTC Lim asked me the normal stuff like "Why do you want to join Air Force?", etc. Ohoo... mentioning of this, i cant believe myself that i can be so crappy!!! I actually answered by lifting my shirt and said, "The uniform looks nice." Hahaha!!!! My fren said I was crazy! Luckily, LTC Lim responded to my "nonsense" by saying, "I wonder who designs this uniform, looks ugly." Hahaha.... And of cos that's not my real answer to his question. I told him i was kidding.... :P

Alright, the prelim round wasn't that stressful. But I was damn nervous for the Final round. I was put the 2nd last interviewee and guess how long i've waited for my turn... I went in at 5pm!!! The wait was of tremendous anxiety. The thought of 4 Lieutenant Colonel and 1 Captain interviewing me was frightening. I was also having a headache and shivering due to the strong Aircon that's blowing. Nevertheless, the wait was fruitful. I got thru the difficult qns and my Final interview!

Now, I'm only one step away from getting the contract. I've done my medical check-up before the interview and i'm glad i'm PES A. Juz one more IPPT, which is on 16th April, and i'll realise my dream of working in an "Air Vehicle Environment". The best combination of my interest in Airplanes and management engineering!!! I'm soooo Happy!! And i'm sure i can pass my IPPT..... Hahaha...

4th April... It's really a date to remember for life. :P
